Barretts Esophagus
Had endoscope 4 years ago and showed goblet cells consistent with Barretts esophagus.  Endoscope done recently did not show goblet cells, hence could not confirm Barretts w/o goblet cells.  Did show inflammation.
Doctor said once Barretts always Barretts and need endoscope every 2 years for life.  Don't understand w/o goblet cells and recent pathology.

I had your post from yesterday moved to the GERD community because I thought you would get a better answer there.
