Biliary Dyskenisia - OR More??

I was just diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia with a Gallbladder ejection rate of 14%. This has been after several months of pain all over my stomach. Upper & Lower endoscopy was performed & also ultrasounds revealed no stones. I've read about the Bialary Dyskinesia causing pain in the upper right quadrant, but what if I am also having pain in my lower left & right abdomen? Could that be caused by something else? My upper endoscopy also revealed ulcers and hiatel hernia. Biopsies taken during the endoscopy ruled out H. Pylori, and revealed irritation near my appendix and an elevated white blood cell count in my duodenum.  My symptoms include the all over abdominal pain, chronic diarrhea, constipation, nausea, heartburn, acid reflux, gas, weight gain, headaches, low blood sugar.

Should I assume that a removal of the gallbladder should ease my symptoms or should I be looking at additional causes?
