My surgeon wants me to reduce the fat and bile stored in my liver before getting my gallbladder removed because it is enlarged
. Any suggestions on how to do this and how long it is gonna take? how long do I have to live with the pain? the surgeon suggests a low fat, high protein diet. I am also lactose
I have had gallbladder issues and finding a lowfat diet was hard for me. Here are some of the low fat foods I found. I lived on this for a long time . I was able to stop eating this low fat about 6 months after surgery. My gallbadder removal caused me to have dumping
syndrome everytime I ate fat but it stopped about 6 months later. I still get it occasionaly but not that bad. I slowly reintroduced fat into my diet starting around 3 1/2 months.
No Red Meat.
I am not sure if you can eat yogurt. I am bothered by milk
