Bilirubin in urine/Liver problems

I have had many complaints/symptoms for a couple of years now, which  not only have amounted to a diagnostic rollercoaster, but alos several diagnosis, after many tried treatments, i am not having much progress and have found some new info; can anyone offer thoughts on the following; CT scan showed ligament of treitz in a higher position, peristaltic activity at the ileocecal junction, focal chronic inflammatory cell infiltration in the lamina propria, enlarged left lobe of liver, low ast and alt levels and bilirubin along with ketones now in my urine.
