Can someone tell me what antiboitics I must take to get rid of this bacteria? My wife and I got infected and we took flagyl for 2 week. She feels okay now, but not me. I'm very dizzy and with lots of gases. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything seems to be fine, but I still feel very bad, but the doctor said its IBS and I don't beleive that How come my wife got better and not me? Flagyl didn't work for me. Any doctors that have treated this that I might contact?
