Bloating, Flatulence, Borborygmy, Chrnic problem - plz help

I am a medical student and completed my MBBS
I am having a constant problem since 4 years.. Problem is there almost everyday - I don't remember when I was completely healthy :(

I have following problems :
Bloating - full day, worsens as day passes ( i eat less coz of that )
Flatulence - lots of flatus, forceful with sound ( i feel so embarassing ) - odorless though - more at night and early morning..
heart burn often
Feeling of something obstructing in the umbilical area and left splenic area
Borborygmi - every now and then...
feeling Incomplete evacuation of stool
chronic discomfort and sometimes pain...
weekness

I have got done USG abdomen, Ba. meal follow through, x-ray abdomen, but all normal...

Please help.. no good gastroenterologist in my area.. :(
