Bloating pain

I have been battling with stomach problem over 3 years now, went to my GI doctor did all kind of tests started with blood test, to upper endoscopy and gallbladder everything came back normal! My GI doctor told me I have an IBS problem…
The problem initially was bloating and pain on the upper of my stomach, my bowel movement was regular, and I consider my diet intake is healthy.
The issue slowly progressed to  slow bowel movement, bloating and pain with fatigue that lingers sometimes entire day!!!
3 months ago I took a product called LiquiDaily Oxy-Aloe

I started feeling better on this product no more bloating, I took also some fiber pills my bowel movement became regular but my stool was kind of loose and not the right texture.
Once I finished the product cycle some of symptoms started occurring but in a different way! When I try to go to the bathroom I get bloated after bowel movement, no fatigue though and no pain!!!

Something interesting happened, this week I decided to stop taking any fiber pills and all I’m going to eat is juiced natural veggies (Kale, ginger, granny smith apples, apples, beets, carrots, Pear, Cucumber, spinach etc…) for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack in between.
So I started on Monday (very watery loose bowel movement), Tuesday (no bowel movement, bloating, no pain and no fatigue), Wednesday (tiny drop of bowel movement associated with bloating, no pain and no fatigue) and Thursday today (no bowel movement yet and bloating)

I believe that taking so much juiced veggies should at least resulted with 2 bowel movement a day!!!

Please help what is going on with my stomach???

IBS, Crohns, Celiac...could be a number of different things.  Try drinking JUST water...even WARM water. Avoid wheats and grains.  Try this for a week or two...process of elimination.  Sorry I can't be of much help
