Dear George,
If it's just constipation, there are several things you can do to get your digestion "moving." Otherwise, you of course should see a doctor.
Constipation is where you can't go when the urgeUrge incontinence is there, and can be relieved by "Baby Lax." Go to the drugstore and buy a small box of that stuff, it has several tubes of ointment. Squirt two in there, and you'll be able to pass any hard stool that's stuck within minutes.

For getting things going again, you need to drink extra water during the daytime, eat some probiotic yogurt, which you can get at the grocery store, called "Activia," or drink "Acidophilus" milk, either one for several days. Also do some regular daily exercise for several days. Eat some fiber type foods, easy does it, like Cheerios for breakfast and a salad for lunch. Next day add some chili beans on noodles.
If this stuff doesn't get things going again, as I said, go to the doctor and let him examine you, to make sure nothing else more serious is amiss.
