I held gas/poo in for 20 min before reaching my home bathroom. Upon going, I noticed unusually high amount of gas and the noise was loud and distinct. I thought it was just a bad gassy day but when I finished and looked down at the toilet bowl, the water was pinkish-red and the sides of the bowl and splotches of bright red blood - probably from when the gas was expelled.
There was no pain and this was my first occurrence of such an experience. Is this a sign of colon cancer? What could be wrong with me?
