Blood in Nose, Mouth and Stool

For about 6 months, I've been having frequent nose bleeds. I've done several checks including an abdominal scan which showed my organs are okay. My liver function test was fine but my kidney test showed my creatinine was slightly elevated. I've done two kidney tests after and the last result was okay. More recently I've been tasting blood in my mouth and also notices stains of blood in my stool and a blood test showed I had slight anisocystosis. I feel some discomfort in the upper right quadrant of my abdomen especially when I'm seated and I have frequently recurring diarrhea. I also have this general feeling of illness with aches all over my body which goes away when I'm well rested. I'm so confused. Could it be cancer or a serious liver problem.?
