Blood in my stool

I am 38yrs old  Male I  have the same experiences to  the others when i go to the bathroom i have notice once in a while  after I poo blood in TP after i wipe my but and also the water in the bowl is turn red. When the next day I poo i feel irritation in my but like tear cut and  I notice my poo is no longer blood. Can somebody help me and advice me or explain to mke what happen.

It's anal fissures, probably caused by constipation or just straining too much.  It happens a lot to me, I just ignore it 'cause it goes away.  If it gets really bad so it's really really painful to go (with me it got so bad I lost all control over my defecation and it was agony - but taht was because it was caused by a mental condition which wasn't going away - which is a pretty rare thing to happen), then you should get some anal ointment which isn't all that nice to apply but should make things better.  
Also if you have chronic constipation you may need laxatives, whether oral or anal, to get rid of what may cause worse and worse fissures.  
Meanwhile make sure you're exercising enough and eating enough things that contain fibre (prunes and bananas are high in it, vegetables etc), because that helps.
