Blood,mucus & pus cell in stool

Hello Doctor,
Gaurav here,from last 20 days i was suffering from blood in stool.So i went for stoll test and got these things which are given below:

Colour:Yellowish
Consistency : Loose
Mucus : Present
Parasites : NIL
Pus Cells : Plenty
OVA/Cyst : NIL
Red Blood Cells : 3-4
pH : 6
Occult Blood : Positive
Others : Budding yeast cells present

Medicnies prescribed my doctor is
ORNI O :Composition is Ornidazole 500mg & Ofloxacin 200mg
ACTIGUT:Compostion consist of Lactobacillus Acidophilus 0.48 billion,Lactobacillus Rhamnosus 0.48billion,Bifidobacterium longum 0.48billion,Bifidobacterium bifidum 0.48billion,Saccharomyces boulardii 0.10billion,Streptococcus thermophilus0.48billion,Fructo Oligo Saccharides 300mg

I wanted to know what exactly happend to me and these above given medicines are sufficient to cure this.I am very worried.

Please help me out.

My daughter aged 5 years 7 months suffering from loose motion 7-9 times a day for the last 10 days.  First 5-6 days taken the below medicines

Cyfolac forte
Enterogermina
Syp. Zineris
Syp. Zenflox-OZ
WalyteP ORS

today after the stool test following are the observations:
OVA   NIL
CYST  NIL
MICRO  :  PLENTY OF PUS CELLS
                 4-6 RBC/HPF

Since loose motion is not stopped for the last 9 days + we are worred.  Your suggestions please.
