The more you describe, the more I believe that you should consult a doctor. Tiredness could be caused by anaemia which in turn could result from endless loss of smallish amounts of blood.
If you do nothing you will worry and probably you will end up going to a doctor. Do it now and maximise the chance of getting your life back
Good luck

Well today There was no blood ...usually the few times there has been blood it is tender around my...rectum?? like...it stings sorta right around it....at least i know it did yesterday. But, how much do hemorrohoids usually bleed if they are really aggrivated?? I always thought hemmorrhoids were gross things hanging off your butt. Do they live inside? Sorry for the akward and immature way of putting everything...it's a very sensitive issue for me... so i'm the kinda person to goof things up so they aren't so intimidating. I make jokes at funerals kinda thing... :/ so but yea... i googled and yahoo'd this yesterday before i came here and read lots of different POSSIBILities. I couldn't really sort it out though... i think the blood is only ON the poop not in it and it mostly shows up on the tissue paper. I noticed though that i've become more tired or fatigued in the past year also... I used to have so much energy and now I can do one thingand feel exhausted...idk whether that's because I wake up early and then go back to sleep or if it's even related. I thought that you didn't start feeling "old" until 30 or something...
In order to find out more about the possible causes, I suggest that you type in "rectal bleeding" to google/yahoo etc.
You are young enough such that the more serious causes are remote.
However, rectal bleeding is never normal and should be checked out. Unless your doctor can 100% reassure you that the cause is minor - such as anal fissure, haemorrhoids etc - I suggest that you ask for a colonoscopy which will provide the maximum reassurance (hopefully) and forestall the nagging worry that might linger if you depart from your doctor's surgery with a "well I think it might be ...........". "diagnosis".
Good luck
