Body Odor

Hi to whoever can help me. I have been dealing with a foul bad body odor for years now. I have very good hygiene and I thought it might be a medical issue. I went and seen two doctors and they both ran blood tests on me and the results were both normal. I am even taking chorophyl and body mint; nothing seems to help. I barely leave the house because of this issue, because when I do it seems people are always coughing, covering their nose or saying rude remarks about my odor. It is ruining my life please someone give me advice I can't take this anymore. Thanks alot

i had those same issues with body odor, but i found that when i cut milk out my diet it when away,i always had gas from drinking milk, but didnt know it was causing the body odor,i tried those same pills also, even nullo, which did work, plus zinc and magnesiam, but my issue turned out to be milk, i didnt have it for a week and my smell was fine, then i had a coffee with half and half, and the smell came back so strong. try taking milk away see what happens, just remember milks in so many things its had work. hope this helps, it did me

All this odor is probably from bacteria - now from which bacteria...

If you have bad breath you can have a breath test for Helycobacter pylori (but this, if at all, is probably only one part of the problem).

You can try with low-sulphur diet:

If you have smelly sweat (armpits) you can try some antibiotic ointments (ask in pharmacy). Bacteria break down sweat and produce smelly products.

In long term I would consider a change in diet - avoid sugary foods, so try to cut down sweets (sucrose), dairy (lactose) fruits (fructose). Sugars are food for bacteria.
