Bowel backup

Bowel backup

I had my gallbladder out about five years ago on an emergency basis with no prior symptoms.  Since then, I have had nothing but problems.  With each meal, I feel the level of the food like a thermometer from my bowels to just under my breasts.  I can point to the food level at any time.  It does not process and exit like it should.  I get extremely constipated and then when it cannot back up any further, it expels in diarrhea and I cannot leave the house.  I drink lots of water and juice.  I have cut down extremely on anything with bread and cheese.  I cut out all nuts.  I do not drink coffee and have cut out Dr. Pepper.  The only soda I drink on occasion is Sierra Mist and Cherry 7up.  I have tried cleanses to no avail.  I take daily acidophiles and Benefiber.  I have tried mineral oil.  Nothing helps.  As the level backs up, pressure with pain is put on the nerve of my lower spine.  Further up when it reaches below my breast, I have slight shortness of breath.  I apologize for the length of this but want to give as much detail for help as I do not have insurance nor money to see a doctor.  Any help would be very much appreciated.  Thanks.

Perhaps, the doctor who did your gall bladder would have some idea of your next step, or refer you, no charge.
