I am 67 female who has just developed ,bloating and leakage from the anus. never bloody mostly clear mucus but sometimes fecal colored .What could this be?

You should see a gastro doc...mucous can be a sign of colon problems.

Ah sorry, I didn't see that you had posted twice so I answered your other post too. For the constipation you could try a diet to help it (high in fiber, lots of fruits and vegetables, and lots of water).
