Bowel issues , stress or fungal

First time user, I hope this is going under the previous comments.

For 12 months I have had mixture of loose stools, running stools or small pencil thin stools.
Very similar to what others above have mentioned.
Ocassionally after evening meal. About 15 to 30 minutes later, I will start getting a stomach cramp.
The cramp will happen and If I ignore the first one, the second will cause me to double over.
I need to wait until the cramp finishes before I can even walk.
And then I need to get to the toilet before the next one stops me again.
Strangely this has only ever happened at home, and never while dinning out. Physical or mental ?

I have also had a fungal nail infection that has stopped now, but continued for a year or so.
I have recently had a eyelid infection, in the eyelashes. Lasted for months and now has a residual that appartently be there forever.

2 things. I wonder if the bowel . stomach issues could also be fungal related.
I also wonder if all the sysptoms could be STRESS related, acrigated.
My wife had breast cancer surgery, and chemo /. radiation, I went to hospital with anziety attacks (I thought heart attack at the time)
Dog died after 9 years with family, Mother in law passed away.
My senior work position, lots of stress ( not now as made redundant), teenager related issues (3 boys at home) and youngest dropping out of school and everything else that seems to add to that.  

Anyhow, can stress be the cause and have others had high stress levels prior to bowel issues ?
and could it be a fungal thing that goes into various parts of the body ?
