Bowel problem, Constipation , Anal itching , Indigestion Problem

Hi Doc !
i have been suffering in  a Constipation , anal Itching , and Indigestion problem , when i ve eat food or something  then after couples of  minutes  abdominal pain , gasses ,farting , bloating problem has started , and i have got a Irritable bowel movement as well . When i go to the toilet for  a bowel movement i felt already got a  pain in my Abdominal . i m so scared about this , and one problem is so important Anal itching .. the anal area isn't cleaned properly after a bowel movement, a small amount of stool may be left behind on the skin, causing the area to itch. last week i have been to the GP , he's prescribed me a Fybogel isphagula sachets twice in a day and sacheriproct cream for Anal itching , but there has no effect on both problems , Please Advice me , i m so worried about it what should i do , my problem is  getting worst day by day , please Help me out ! I m very grateful to you , thanks Doctor .
