Bowel transit time way too fast?

It seems like I have an incredibly fast digestive system and kidneys. After I drink, say two litres of water, an hour to an hour and a half later I need to urinate already.

As for my bowel transit time, it has times taken no more than 2 hours for something to through my system. I do not know if it is because I cannot properly digest capsaicin. When I eat anything with jalapenos or any spice of the sort it takes 2 to 3 hours to come out as stool. As for my regular bowel movements it takes sometimes 6 to 9 hours.

Is any of this normal?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Everyone is different and your transit times are not fast enough to be concerning if you are not having any symptoms.
