Bright Red Blood with Bowel Movements

For the last 2 days, I have had blood with bowe l movements.  I didn't feel any pain or discomfort (e.g. no soreness, no stomach pains).  My stool was soft and appeared normal in color.  The blood and stool appeared separate, though there was blood on the stool.  However, the blood had turned the toilet water a bright red.

could be an anal fissure,...small cut on outside of anus that will bleed a little when you have a b/m
this can easily be checked for,and you have to get some antiboitics to keep from getting infection (stool in cut)
and realy keep area clean for awhile to aloow it to heal(wash after b/m exct)
they usualy heal on there own,rarely they need surgery to seal off,as they are like little cone shaped wounds usualy from having loose stools over a period of time,or wipping alot from excessive use of the bathroom.
