Burning Pain In Back

Burning Pain In Back

Tags: Pain, gastritis

Is burning in the upper back radiating to the sides a sign of
gastritis. Also, I've been extremely tired lately, to the point I'm falling asleep at my desk. Could this be a side effect of the Nexium I'm taking or is it part of the gastritis.
