Burning Sensation in left upper abdomen with coludy urine

For past 3 months i am having pain in my left abdomen feels like cramping, sometimes grumbling noise.
I had taken blood test, urine test, CT scan on abdomen, X-ray, ultra sound for kidney. Reports says nothing is there like kidney stones. But i have pain and buring sensation still and my urine has hematuria. What could be the problem?
Whether problem with bladder, since sometimes i have pain in left testicle which some how bigger in size when i touch it feels worms like sensation.

I am deppressed because of this can anyone help me.
