Burning throat

Burning throat

My throat started burning in late august. I also felt like I need to swallow all the time and clear my throat. When I did it was only white foamy stuff coming out. Occasiona white coated tongue. I was on a 9 month course of 2400 mgs  ibuprofin for a foot injury, and lamisil, and 81 mgs asprin each day. When I noticed after taking lamisil for 30 days that each time I tried to take it it would scratch all the way down my throat and get stuck in the middle of my ribs about where it is tender. Nothing else does that. I stopped all the meds.  I was put on three different types antibiotics and then a steriod. As things progressed worse it then went to pain in my upper right area under ribs into my back especially after eating and also in the mid section between ribs was very tender. At one point I would wake up in  either freezing or burning up. I had occastional tightness in my lungs and lightheadedness. I went back to doctor who gave me an ultrasound for gallstones Normal. Then a hida scan Normal. I was placed on priolosec and then Zantac. I noticed that when I took the Zantac at night my symptoms would improve but then in the morning after taking Prilosec it would get bad again. So now i am on 300 mg zantac day and night. I feel better but still have a slight sore throat and burning sensation in my throat. My right side under my rib cage feels like a stitch is constantly in it. MD says test say it is not gallbladdrer. He is going with acid reflux for now. Stay on Zantac for 4 weeks then we'll see about a endoscopy. Does the burning in the the throat sound like acid reflux to you. Can lamisil and the other meds I was on cause these symptoms? I've never had stomach problems or acid reflux or any problem at all like this.
