Butt sweating (not anus sweating), seepage, sometimes blood issue

Hi! I'm a 29 year old straight male with no occasion to get any sexual diseases. I've had this issue for many years now, had a doctor or two pretty much give up on me or start 'spit-balling' ideas to try...needless to say I'm at a bit of a loss on where to go from here and I'm hoping you can help me out.

So here are the issues and non-issues:

Many times I will just wake up from bed and I'll already have sweat between my butt cheeks. I've determined it's sweat after asking my doctor about the difference between sweating and having mucus and it seems like it's sweat. The sweat doesn't make much of a difference to me, but I do feel it sometimes. There is NO bad smell along with it and my anus is NOT sweating, it is usually pretty dry.

If I don't add gold bond powder or something similar I will get seepage after a bit more often than not. This happens after activity...nearly any activity, even low-impact ones

If I continue doing activities like at my previous job of bussing tables I will get blood in the stool (not dark red as that is a much more serious issue). When I was doing that job the seepage and bleeding got very bad.

I do NOT go to the bathroom constantly under most instances, only if the seepage gets bad after doing activities to wipe and wipe only. It's mostly just once or twice a day for a regular bowel movement.

95% of the time the sweat and the seepage will stay between the butt cheeks. Very rarely will it get to the underwear, if it does it's usually just sweat.

What I have done so far:

I've had a colonoscopy done with zero things found. They did mention signs of polyps, but so minor that they didn't make anything of it. (This colonoscopy was done a few years ago)

Thermal Heat therapy (with very little helpful results if any)

I've eliminated milk from my diet with no helpful results so I added it back in and nothing changed afterwards

I've taken a TON of fiber, you name a fibrous food I've taken it and taken it for a few weeks with zero results (I do have a bit of fast food in my regular diet now though)

NO fiber...I was surprised about it too, but it was recommended I try that and the same zero results

Anal banding, the bands fell out a few minutes after putting them in and didn't seem to help

What I've tried so far that DOES help

Floranex Granules: They helped a lot initially, but seemed to have diminished effects the more that I took them to the point that they had next to none.

Gold Bond Powder: Helps a ton so that I can actually go outside and walk a mile without getting seepage.

Please let me know what you think this might be and what to try. Thank you!
