CBC - High Eos auto

What does a high Eos auto (9.5) mean?  I just got the results of my CBC. My doctor said everything was ok.

Eos = eosinophils. They are elevated in allergy, which could be food allergy, polen allergy, drug alergy (allergy)..., connective tissue disease (systemic sclerosis...), Loffler's syndrome...If it was allergy, you would have some allergic symptoms, right? Eosinophils are also elevated in intestinal worms.

9.5 means 9.5%? Normally eosinophils are under 3%. Other (abnormal) lab values would be needed for diagnosis.
