Calcification in Liver - Is this serious .. ? Please reply !!

Hi,

I recently had my CT scan done and in my CT abdomen scan test, it came out as follows -
"Calcifications in the liver are scattered and small probably due to previoulsy infammatory granulomatous disease .."

Can you please reply to this post and if you can provide any suggestion/information & let me know why it happened and will this calcifications go away .. I mean is it a serious thing? Or what should I do next ..?

Your response is greatly appreciated !!

Thank you.

hi. Please can you update me in what happened about your calcification?  Have you been to your dr? Has it changed in any way since your last post?i have a 5mm by 7mm  spot of calcium in my liver. i was told its benign and shouldnt affect me in anyway or change. I was told it might be from a infection many years ago that healed and left a scar there. but i still worry about it that what infection could cause this and what if something was missed. i oly had a ultrasound scan where tgis was seen nithing else. The rest of me is normal.

Hello, what's about your granulomas. I just have been diagnosed with two small granulomas in liver. I am too much worried about this.
