Calculate RNA to Viral Load

I have received the following results and hope to get a conversion into viral load.

I have been engaged in holistic approaches to tx the virus since 1995.  I began with a viral load of 11,600,000 and using methods available to those in other parts of the world ended tx with a load of approximately 100,000.  I have not been load tested since then (1998) and have received the following results I hope to have converted to viral load.

HEPATITIS C, RNA, QUANTITATIVE, PCR
HCV RNA (IU/mL) 11.5E6 H IU/mL <50
HCV RNA (LOG IU/mL) 7.06 H log IU/mL <1.70
