Yeah I'm only fifteen and roughly two months ago i just started getting really, really bad nausea in the mornings and at night (i am not sexually active so it isn't morning sickness) and i have a really bad anxiety about vomiting. Even the thought of it just makes me shake really hard and get even more nauseous. Those who have been around me say that right before I throw up i get the worst look of fearFears and phobias in my eyes that they have ever seen.
And since then (this was probably 2 weeks ago), i have not only been nauseous, but i shake really hard and my lower throat clenches, making it almost impossible to swallow drinks, let alone any food. I also salivate-a lot, and I have to keep spitting, which is not the most polite, but i obviously can't swallow the saliva. And having battled Anorexia Nervosa for roughly two years, I know how important it is to eat.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had tips of any sort because, being fifteen, i have to go through high school still, and i cant just sleep through the nausea in the morning, and i can't go to the nurse because my advanced clases are in the morning. I eat only safe foods for GERD and i do what i can to exercise and get a lot of sleep. but nothing seems to work.
Right now, none of my mom's jobs have health insurance (my parents are divorced, and my mom has three part-time jobs) and so i can't go and get any major surgeries or scopes or anything (and i honestly don't say that for pity, i'm just saying i can't always mosey on over to the doctor either...) and I'm just wondering if there's anything for like 6 hour relief during school.
