Can one be constipated and still be 'pooping' a little?

I've been on Methadone therapy for 4 years now and (of course) have dealt with constipation on and off.  For the past   couple weeks my whole lower stomach/groin area aches - and my left testicle hurts.   My family doc scheduled an ultrasound of my testicle however it still feels that I'm constipated badly!   I've pooped three times the last five days but still feel VERY full.   For instance, as I type I feel like I have to "go" yet there feels like nothing is in my lower "area" -- just high up it seems.    Thanks for any thoughts/experiences...
