Can you have candida in stomach if stool test is negative?

I have had stomach issues for years and have tested positive for candida in the past. However the last two years as my stomach has gotten worse, the cmprehensive stool tests have been negative for candida, parasites and H. Pylori and two SIBO tests are negative. I have painful gas and bloating 24/7 up high, right under my breasts and in the middle. I had an abdominal ultrasound that showed no hernia, but some mild fatty liver issues. I also just had two positive autoimmune tests that are indicative of a liver condition called PBC or Primary Biliary Cirrhosis. I do not have constipation issues, but do have diarrhea several times a week. I do not eat gluten, dairy, sugar, corn, soy, only drink purified water, not even caffeine. It has gotten so bad that the pressure from the gas makes my heart race and I have developed Dysautonomia. It is worse when I stand up. If you are sitting next to me, you can hear it rumbling around. I am seeing an integrative G.I. doctor next week and hope to get more answers. Has anyone had a negative comprehensive G.I. stool test and still have candida?  Thanks
