Cannot figure out what I have

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl and have been having abdominal pains since December, almost 8 months now. I get pains after eating big meals or foods such as pizza, lots of cheese, red sauce, or acidic fruits. I have had many tests done and taken way too many antibiotics than I should at my age! I am a competetive soccer player and I also get stabbing cramp-like pains if I go for long runs. (I am also the goalie of the team so I have to dive around a lot, but I still play field at times). These pains can be in specific spots like bottom left, upper right abdominal section. I can't pinpoint a spot where the pain only occurs. The doctor is thinking I have IBS but not all the symptoms match. I do have lots of green stool and go frequently but these events happen at random. I never know when my stomach pain will come. In the upper endoscopy, they found a lot of acid in my stomach and said I had gastritis. I seem the most pain after certain meals, or when i over exert myself in practice. I've had x-rays, ultrasounds of abdominal and pelvic areas, gallbladder function test, nuclear scan, upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, blood tests, lactose breath test, checked for H.Pylori and I can't think of others at the moment. If anyone might have any advice or suggestions regarding my situation i'd be very greatful for your comments (: Thank you.

Really? I just wish I didn't always have to worry about what I ate and to make sure I take a Zantac and Creon before big dinners. Thank you for your post by the way, I'm new to this site and don't really know much about it.

Another problem is the irregularity of my period. I went up to 10 months without having it and this was after I had been having it regularly and the whole stomach situation occurred. I was thinking it has to do with the amount of medications I've taken? unless that wouldn't affect it. It comes and goes and when it does come it's very little.

Would this have anything to do with the IBS? Or does it fall under a completely different category lol.

You still could have IBS even if you don't have every symptom.  Plus, IBS can come and go on a regular basis, I have it and go for long periods with no symptoms.
