Causes of hemoptysis in IPF with GERD / LPR/Barret

I had several attacks of hemoptysis (minor frank blood expectorated with mucus).CT scan,Bronchoscopy,gastroscopy,and cytolology/microbiology studies are negative for TB,Cancer,Fungus etc
My dignoses are: GERD, LPR, Barrett`s, UIP/NSIP with recurrent laryngo,pharyngeal,tacheal and bronchial iirritation/infection.
How common is hemoptysis in my case,and what/when is the expected effect of fundoplication on my lungs? THANKS......
