I am a 34 year female, I have constant chest pain & burning sensation in my chest, upper back, shoulders & upper arms. Does anyone have any suggestions what this could be?

I do not want to be an alarmist, but, I would recommend you take a trip to the ER, it could be the first signs of some type of heart disease. Women have different symptoms than men do when it comes to heart attacks and such, and from what you have written, it seems like you are having them. Do you have a blood pressure machine, if so, what is your pressure. Do you know what your cholesterol numbers are? Is there heart disease in your family?

It could also be a hiatal hernia, this copies heart attack symptoms as well; as do other digestive disorders.

However, I really feel you should go to the ER tonight or see your doctor as soon as you can tomorrow.
