Chest pain with no heart problems

Chest pain with no heart problems

My husband recently went to the ER twice in one day with Chest Pains.  They did a chest x-ray and found nothing.  Blood work came back with no heart attack, but he continues to have chest pain, head ache and some pains in his arms and legs.  Must add that he chewed tobacco for many years and has stopped, but still an issue.  He gets horrible heartburn when eating things like spaghetti sauce. I am hoping to get some help.  I don't think it is heart problems, but not sure.  The pain started two weeks ago when putting in a radiator in a truck and had to strain to get off one of the bolts.  He thought he might have pulled something.  Any help?

Hi.. he could have pulled something, or it might be possibe that his symptoms could be of a spinal origin, like a pinched nerve or something.. I've heard that pain can actually radiate to the chest because of that.  Just a guess.  Good luck.
