Chronic Diarrhea

Chronic Diarrhea

I am a 29 year old female with two children. I have had chronic diarrhea since I was a child. I have had tests upon tests done and no doctor has ever been able to diagnose me. One doctor told me that it "looked like" I had IBS but, after putting me on 2 different medications for IBS I have had no relief. I get sick nearly every time I eat. No matter what I eat. I have tried cutting out fatty foods and that does nothing. In 1997 I had my Gall Bladder removed due to stones and inflammation. The GI doctor told me that this would help my problems but, it did not. What do I do? What else can I be tested for?? I am so tired of suffering.

Have you ever tried low-fructose diet? It's quite common among people diagnosed with IBS.

Follow this diet recommendations:

...and if you're fructose intolerant, you should see improvement in a couple of days.
