Chronic Distention/Bloating with Bladder Pressure

Hello,
I'm a 40 year old male who has had chronic distention and severe bloating.  This puts severe pressure on my bladder.  It started two years ago.  I was given two courses of antibiotics for a sinus infection.  Two days into the second course my stomach got hard and tight.  Within a few days the above symptoms set in.  Since then they have been with me every second of every day.  I wake up distended and bloated.  Throughout the day the intensity of the symptoms increase and heavy physical activity does make it worse. It doesn't matter what I eat or don't eat the symptoms don't falter or fluctuate much. The distention must put pressure on my bladder because I urinate about 20 to 25 times a day and it also has made my mite allergy worse. I've been to countless GI doctors, natural paths, and urologists and have gotten all the typical tests.  Basically they say I have IBS which is code for BS because my symptoms are constant; and that doesn't fit the profile for IBS.  I've been given all the meds and supplements that are out there just about.....and nothing has helped at all. Tried gluten free, low carb diets. Tried many potent high grade probiotics, yogurts, exercise. I'm at my wits end with this.  I personally think the dozens of antibiotics over the years for sinus infections etc.. has caused this. What else can I do, or try...any ideas?.....I am fresh out.

Thanks for the reply cnoevl21.
I will try that diet . I did have a comprehensive  stool test done 1 year ago by a natural path dr. And it showed some inflammation markers bit maybe I'll do another one. Do you have a preference for a test that doesn't need a dr. Signature that I can send in my self. Thanks in advance

Get a comprehensive stool study done to see if you have a yeast overgrowth. Or just try the Fodmap diet. Taking antibiotics allows the yeast to grow out of control in the gut. Most doctors dont even consider this, but it can be a major problem
