Chronic Dizziness, Nausea and Abdominal Pain

I am 39 years old and in the past years I seem to have developed a chronic problem that includes: nausea, dizziness and mild abdominal pain. I have been diagnosed with Vaso-Vagal syncope but I don't think this is related. I also noticed that there are times when I go pee and even after I am done I still "feel" like I need to pee but I can't. Now when these symptoms first appeared, I originally thought I had the stomach flu (nausea, mild abdominal pain) or a urinary tract infection (peeing problem). But over the past few years, these symptoms have increased in frequency and several tests I did disproved the urinary tract infection theory (plus that wouldn't explain the nausea and dizziness).

The nausea vary from time to time during the day. Today for example, I woke up feeling great and after eating an apple, the nausea kicked in. I felt noxious until lunch time and felt good again after lunch. Later in the afternoon I started being really noxious again...

My doctor seems to think that I just have a sensitive digestive system but it seems to me that there is more to it than that... Does anyone have a suggestion as to what this could be?

thanks!

I would check with your doctor to look in the following:

1. Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CP/CPPS)
2. Blood Test for H. Pylori
3. IBS

Good luck and let me know how it turns out.

Regards,
Perez..
