Chronic Extreme Diarrhea with muscle spasms (2 weeks straight)

i have had this problem for a year it used to be once or twice a month but has gotten much worse over time and the last 2 weeks has been every other day it empty out everything  each time and comes with bad muscle spasms

i have had the following test
tons of blood tests
colonoscopy
upper-endoscopy
thing where i swallow a white barium and get scanned
iv and swallow dye with a ct
had my gallbladder checked
and thyroid tested

all came normal (negative for crhons celiac )
oh and have tried changing diet did NOT help

i am going crazy here  i am terrified to eat or go the bathroom please help me this is causing me to be extremely depressed i just want someone to fix me

i also feel hear squishy like noises from my stomach a few minutes before it happens

I have the same problems, and the same tests, but mine go away if I don't eat fat.  I eat only just rice and potatos, and I am now fine.  Have you tried a diet that bland?  If that still dosn't work try hyocosamine (a muscle relaxant) before meals, or when your colen is spasing, althoughthey worked best for me before eating)  It will stop the colen from spasing, they are amazing little pills.  They fixed me completly for awhile there.
