Chronic Gastritis gone?

Chronic Gastritis gone?

Hello,
3 Years ago I did the gastroscopy with conscious sedation, i don't remember anything.I was diagnosed with Helicobacter Pylori, and chronic Gastritis. I was put on antibiotics to kill it and Nexiam to repair my stomach. The Specialist said my stomach looked like swiss cheese. Even with the medication I was always in pain. I have used Nexiam, altosec, every Med on the market, even bought the Siberian Pine Nut oil, but nothing helped. My GP sugessted I go for another Gscope. I booked myself in for one, with a Specialist I did not quite like from the get go, but this time my Medical Aid would kind of cover the procedure.
I was informed not to eat 12 Hours prior, and since I asked for a sedation, someone to collect me as I would not be able to drive after.

I then went in to have the procedure. The Specialist explained nothing. He injected me with the 'anastethic' that was ment to put me into my twilight state, I have had it many times before adn know the feeling of it sweeping over you. he asked me if I felt it, i answered no. They then lay me on my side, and put the mouthguard in. I assumed I would lay there to wait for it to hit me, yet he then came at me with the pipes, I couldnt talk due to the mouthguard and tried to reach up to remove it to say 'hey, im still awake'. At that moment his nurses grabbed my wrists and held me down, as I struggled and he forced the scope down. I felt it scartching all the way down. I have never had such pain, or been so scared. Experiencing such pain, how rough he was, and being helpless as you are held down.He then pulled it out with such force, like pulling at an hosepipe. Afterwards I sat up and the Nurses hovered around saying Im drowsy and stay still. I was not sedated. Why else hold me down. I stormed to his offices and he had the audasity to tell me, different people react to sedation differently. I think he injected me with saline and possibly scores the money from Discovery.

He could have spoken to me something like 'you dont seem to respond to the sedation, we need to proceed, please stay calm and still...' but to just hold me down like an animal.

A couple days later, after my throat swelled closed and I had ulcers in my mouth, and a very bruised wrist, the Doctor informed me that I was negative for helicobacter and my stomach looked perfect and it must be something else. He then bekame very unprofessional with his language and I left.  Yet still told me to buy 2 Weeks worth of Nexiam.

My question is, how can my stomach be swiss cheese 3 years ago (always same pain) and now be perfect? Should I trust this Doctor and check my Liver and Gallbladder, or should I seek another Optinion, and another Scope? And regarding the action during the procedure, must I just leave it? I find it hard to believe my stomach is perfect when Im still in pain! Help.
