Chronic Nausea

Here is a summary of my wife's problems:

My wife aged seventy, has had a persistent nausea  problem since about February 2008. She wakes up in the morning and feels fine...until she starts to move around. The nausea stays with her until she has some food and liquid in her stomach.  Many times, it subsides, but comes back when she moves around again.   All her tests EGD, Cat Scan, MRI, etc turn out normal.  Hida Scan showed her gall bladder to be very small and only 10% operative, so she had it removed about two months ago. Nausea subsided some for a few days, but it's back almost every day now, and once in a while she has complained of dizziness as well. She hasn't experienced any pain, and has not vomited or had diarreah.  No fever either.  Doesn't seem to be tied to food, meals, etc.
Doctors are stumped.  I hope someone will come up with a good idea of the cause of this.  Any help will be very much apprediated.

She had the inner ear tests done in February, and they turned out normal.

A month or so ago, her doctor did the breath test and she tested positive for H Pylori bacteria. The first antibiotic he prescribed did away with the nausea about the day after she started taking it. About threee days after she finished the fourteen day treatment, the nausea returned.  Then he prescribed  a stronger regimen.  Nausea stopped after a day or so, then returned within four days and is still with her three weeks later. Now, it sometimes lasts all day.  She felt better this afternoon and took a shower. When she finished, she was hit with the nausea as she was putting on her clothes for church.  Really puzzling, and frustrating seeing her sick, and I can't get anything done about it.

She has since tested negative for H Pylori, and has been taken off Razadyne(24 mg ) for memory problems, put on Exelon (6mg patch), then  taken off it after two weeks and more nausea.  She has been off the Exelon patch for 72 hours, and still experiences nausea when she moves about.
Still puzzling and frustrating. doctors are stumped (still) and I am feeling worthless because I cannot help her kick the nausea or find the cause.
Really looking for help here.  Any will be gratefully accepted.
Thank you.

I have had my gallbladder out for over 10 years now and am still experiencing the pain and stomach trouble I had before the removal.  I have chronic pain in the RUQ and chonic nausea which does not go away with food, drink, or meds.  I am currently on Kapidex for GERD and have recently been diagnosed with diverticulosis.  I also have an underactive thyroid which I am taking synthroid for.  I had an endoscopy done a while ago to check on nausea reasoning and was told I have a slight hiatal hernia.  Could this be getting worse and causing my issues?  I am sick and tired of feeling sick.  I don't know what to do about it anymore, I wake up feeling sick to my stomach and if I am busy throughout the day I can ignore it but once I am sitting down relaxing I feel it and am really fed up....any help?

Hi, I would like to suggest you check your home for a natural gas leak or carbon monoxide presence. Your symptoms point to these situations. I know, my family was poisoned by natural gas from a long, slow leak. We had it for so long, we couldn't smell the leak.

Our symptoms were nausea, digestive problems (esp. meats), headaches, memory problems, my son's gall bladder quit functioning, and more. They started out slowly and then increased.
PLEASE have your home checked for gas leaks and buy some CO monitors just to be safe. The cause for us was a stove that was installed incorrectly. I've known people to have this happen from a water heater, faulty heating system and more. The gas company will check your home for leaks. You will have to set up CO detectors yourself.
Since it is just your wife who is sick, check the areas she frequents that you do not - the laundry room, kitchen, office/place of work.

Doctors won't suggest this so you have to do it for yourself.
