Could someone please tell me how they manage their pain at home! I was given vicodinVicodin Vicodin es Vicodin hp Vicodin tuss and have had CP for the last 7 years! It is not working on the pain! HELP!?
I know a lot of peopel with CP through an online supportSupport Support 500 group that I am in for SOD and CP. I can tell you that people go through a lot to manage pain with CP, anything ranging from VicodinVicodin Vicodin es Vicodin hp Vicodin tuss to Aqtiq suckers (which is what the use for cancer patients) and spinal stimulators. Fentenyl (sp?) patchesAllergy testing Skin color - patchy seem to help some people, methadoneMethadone Methadone hydrochloride helps some, oxycontin...have you talked to your doc about getting better pain management? I can't even remember most of what people are on. Some that I know of can get referred to a pain mgmt clinic, or their docs will prescribe something stronger.
Good luck - keep trying!
