Chronic Stomach Pain

I've had this really bad stomach pain for about 2yrs. It starts in my lower back on the left side, works to the front left side (right under my ribs) and shoots down to my groin. The pain is so bad I can't sit, stand, or lay down for long periods of time. I work only 5 hours a day and I sleep like a cat... in short periods at a time. I've been to the doctor many many times and have been told that I have kidney stones in my kidney which may be causing the pain. The doctor put me on medication to help them dissolve but nothing cause I'm still in pain. I went back, got an x-ray and a cat scan done and was told that I have large gas bubbles in my stomach and backed up bowels from not using the bathroom, which is "now" cause my pain. I was given stool softeners and they gave me diarrhea and made the pain worse. I dont know what this is, someone PLEASE HELP!!!
