Chronic anal fissure not healing!

I have been suffering from an anal fissure for about 3 years. I am a 26 year old female who is healthy. I usually suffer from constipation...I go everyday but my stool is usually not soft. I have tried to manage a healthy diet by incorporating alot of water each day but nothing is helping my situation. I have used ntg 0.2% for when I get a recurrence and the fissure seems to go away but then it comes back again after a month or so. I know that the fissure is connected to being constipated but I am worried about the fissure becoming bigger or deeper. Besides surgery and botox are there any other medications I should look into? I am also wondering if the fissure can just get bigger in size....for example, everytime  I get a recurrence can the fissure go deeper and cause more problems like a fistula? Can it lead to other problems?

Hi i am 34 year old male and i am suffering from the fissure also. I just wanted to ask you how do you apply the nitrol cream so it helped you to heal the fissure (at least temporary) ?

hi ,
after reading ur symptoms i find that same condition i faced from from last 5 years,my doctor adviced me to operate it,so i did but after amonth,i guess it started again,,,now no tag outside ,,but bleed a lot after passing stool.....i apply all types of creams like hydrocortisone,G,Pcream stc but it not works permenent.also i eat capsoles to stop bleeding like flagyl,deflon,etc but i found after takind these capsoles i had much constipation which results in more bleeding inspite of stopping bleeding...
please anybody help me too....
or recommend me any other medicines?????
