Chronic pancreatitis and pregnancy

I have chronic pancreatitis after being pregnant with my 1st. I am wondering if it is ok to have another baby and if so what are the risks? I had my gallbladder removed four weeks after giving birth to my son. Spent 4 months in the hospital and ended up having a tennis ball size  pseudocyst removed off my pancreas. My son is 3 now and we have been trying to concieve (conceive) for a year and couple months.

I'm wondering if there's a possible link between the use of macrobid in pregnancy to treat UTIs (apparently the only "safe" antibiotic in pregnancy - yeah right).  One of the possible side effects of using macrobid is pancreatitis, and from what i've read, a lot of women have really bad results when taking macrobid (pregnant or not).  Did you take macrobid while you pregnant?
