BOTH TIMES THE DOCTORS (EMERGENCY ROOM) SAID FATTY LIVER WITH SLUGG IN GALLBLADDER
DOCTOR MADE LIGHT OF IT AND GAVE NO INSIGHT ON IT...I HAD TO LOOK UP THE SYMPTOMS AND FOUND ALL OF WHAT HE HAS BEEN GOING THROUGH ALL THIS TIME...(YRS)...I NEED TO KNOW ...DOES HE HAVE CIRROHOSIS? OR ALCOHOLIC HEP.
It is difficult to make a diagnosis of cirrhosis or alcoholic hepatitis based on symptoms alone. Though most of the symptoms could be related to liver disease, these could be causes by other GI or non-GI causes as well such as gall-bladder issues, haematological causes etc. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by an internist initially and depending on the cause(s) diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist(s) care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.
