Colitis and peptic ulcer?????

do I go to a gastroenterologist if I suspect I have a peptic ulcer?  I had a routine colonoscopy 3 years ago.  all was fine, but did mention colitis could surface in the future.  3 months ago I went from being mostly constipated to diarrhea, going many times a day, decreased diameter size.  Went to gastro several weeks ago and he didn't have any suggestions except that I may have a colitis flareup. Sent off test for blood in stool, but haven't heard from it,
but I've seen no blood.  Now I'm having stomach problems also.  Stomach feels hungry,  kinda burning, I eat, then it hurts, I take Pepto Bismol, then cycle starts all over again.  I've been taking Mobic and other nsaids for years.  Maybe have a peptic ulcer?  could intestine problem and stomach prob be related?  tired of feeling tired.  who should I see to diagnos this since gastro didn't seem to think it was much of a problem?  don't want to ignore it if something can be done to alleviate these symptoms.

Second opinion with a differinf Gastro.....Definately....Every organ connected to the gastrointestinal chain could be suspect...Pancreas, liver , gallbladder,stomach, small and large intestine...You might want to say something like "My last GI doc says it's possibly colitis...But what els might it be? or whats the woorst thing it could be?"
This might kick start his thinking a bit instead of relying on the prior GI docs opinion as the easy way out... The most available diagnosis...Make em think about it...It's your body, it's your right.
