parasites(worms). Is it true that it is normal to have them. I saw that you can do a colon cleanse to get rid of them, but if we need them, should I do a cleanse.
Also I have IBS so I don't know if a cleanse would be a good idea.
No, it's not normal to have worms in your guts! But it is true that a lot of people in the world, but not so much the U.S., get them because of stuff like bad water, bad septic removal, trash everywhere, that kind of thing. The only right way to take care of worms is have a physician test you, to see if you've got them. If you do, they'll give you a strong medication to get rid of them. That's all there is to it.
If you have IBS and you're thinking you want to do something about it, I CAN suggest you try eating "probiotics," which returns the intestinal
, if they pass all their labs and stuff. Me, I had IBS for six months until I realized it was a medication I was on. As soon as I switched to another kind, I was fine. But I was lucky.
Actually I discover the information in a video at first. I do already take Probiotics, so I already have that one covered.
It might true that we, in North America, we don't get affected with parasites as other places. Also I'm a vegan so I can't get it from meat.
Thank you for your reply.
and that sort of thing, clearing out the digestive tract. If you are miserable with your digestion, I can see no harm in giving something like that a shot! Also, I had three docs looking at me when I had IBS, no one knew what it was, and it as ME who figured it out, so I applaud your research into your condition, could be you'll figure it out like I did.
