Colonic inertia and lazy stomach

I am a 35 yr. old female who has been diagnosed with colonic inertia and a "lazy stomach".  I had the sitz marker study, they were all there at the end of the week.  I had a defogram that showed poor evacuation with a small rectocele.  I had an ultrasound of the gallbladder, normal.  I had an upper GI scope and gastric emptying study which both showed slow digestion but no ulcers or esophogas damage.  I eat when I am hungry and after 5 bites I am full, bloated and in stomach pain.  Severe belching with bile reflux constantly.  Even when I have not eaten.  Antacid does not help.  The only relief I get from the constipation is a warm water enema every other day.  I also have experienced some "numbness" in the rectal area lately. Just wondering if this could be from the warm water enema?  I do not feel when I am evacuating.  I feel it flowing through the intestines and it is like it just skips the rectum then it is in the toilet.  No feeling.  This numbness is new.  I am having a HIDA scan later this week.  All blood work for thyroid and regular workup were normal.  Colon removal was briefly suggested but we have to work on the stomach digestion issues right now.  Could this be more of a general muscle issue since stomach and colon muscles are not working?  I started domperidone for the stomach digestion earlier this week and so far no results.  I was on amitiza & mirilax (combined each 3 times per day) and no results.  Laxatives dont do it.  Someone mentioned getting tested for celiac.  Just looking for suggestions.  Is this a neurological thing?  The only other pains I have are sometimes in the upper back and naturally the rib and lower abdomen pains from constipation.  I am dealing with a GI and colon surgeon currently.  Should I see someone else?
