Colostomy bag & 2 large hernia's

I have been through two major surgeries on my intestine, in which they had to put a colostomy on and said it will be a year time recovery before a surgeon goes back in to put me back together. My question is: I now have two large hernia's next to my stoma and I am in a lot of pain. One hernia is the size of a 40 C breast, as my wife has said. I have diarrhea each and every day. I feel very sick and weak as well as dizzy. What do you think I need to do? And what is Wrong?
