Confusing Symptoms. Please Help!!!

Hello.  I am a 31 year old male.  I don't smoke, rarely drink and exercise at least once a week.  Starting in May of this year I started having a very dull discomfort (1 out of 10 on a pain scale) in my mid left quadrant, near where my spleen is I think.  It never affected my day to day life.  It was just annoying.  I should also note that this discomfort started after I ate a 1 pound hamburger cooked medium rare.  Thought it was indigestion but it lasted for several days.  It went away after about 3-4 for days, and I was fine for a few days and then it returned.  It repeated this cycle for several months.  The only other symptom that accompanied it was excessive belching or the urge to belch.  The pain would present for up to a week at a time and then it would go away for up to a week.  I never got it checked out because I figured I had IBS.  Around September, I started having a cramping in my pelvic region between my belly button and my groin.  I had a mild cramping feeling accompanied by the feeling of needing to urinate.  I thought I had a kidney or bladder infection but my urine was never cloudy or dark and it went away after a week.  I felt fine for a week or so, then it came back.  I drank a lot of cranberry juice and it went away.  I should note that the upper left quadrant discomfort I originally felt was virtually nonexistent during hhis time.  I keep thinking it is Ibs because my bowel movements are irregular.  They are never pale or discolored.  Now the upper left quadrant pain is back.  I felt a similar pain on my right side for only one day.  Now it presents as a mild burning sensation that radiates to my mid left back.  My pain is never higher than a 2 or 3 out of 10, but I'm at a loss.  One day I think it's Ibs, then maybe my spleen, liver, pancreas, kidneys, or gallbladder because of the variety of locations causing discomfort.  Please let me know if you have any insights into what this might be.
